Après avoir quitté le centre de formation d'Arsenal à cause d'une grave blessure, il commence une carrière de rappeur. Il apparait pour la première fois sur la compilation Sachons Dire Non II avec "la lutte libère", et a ensuite participé a plusieurs autres compilations (Pur Son Ghetto, Talents Fachés, etc.). Membre du groupe NCC (Natural Court Circuit) et du collectif G-8, il s'est fait connaître du grand public en collaborant avec Rohff sur l'album La Fierté des nôtres. Sa voix et sa personnalité lui vaudront de faire des featuring avec les plus grands noms du rap français tels que Rohff, Ritmo ou La K-Bine (pour les albums) mais aussi Passi, Sniper et Daddy Lord C (pour les prestations scéniques). Sefyu a également participé aux Francofolies de La Rochelle en 2001. En 2005, il sort son premier cd intitulé « Molotov 4 » et mixé par Kore et Skalp. Le succès est au rendez-vous et Sefyu parvient à se faire une place dans le milieu fermé du rap français. En avril 2006, Sefyu sort son premier album avec 18 titres aux textes combatifs. Le style particulier de Sefyu se caractérise par sa voix sombre mais surtout par ses expressions que l'on retrouve dans pas mal de ses morceaux: "Crrr!", "Senegalo Ruskov", "Crouille", "Serrrrrfyu!", "Bollos", "Herrrgh!, "Senegalo Ruskov Molotof", "ou"Ruskov Molotov". Une autre de ses caractéristiques est de ne jamais montrer son visage, souvent caché par sa capuche ou par un masque... Visage qu'il cache par respect pour ceux qui peinent à se faire connaitre et pour prouver que l'on peut faire de la bonne musique tout en restant dans l'ombre, mais aussi car son père refusait de voir son fils rentrer dans le monde du rap, depuis il a gardé cette image de visage masqué. Mamadou Niang est un joueur de football sénégalais né le 13 octobre 1979 à Matam (Sénégal). Il est connu pour son activité incessante et une combativité de tous les instants. Mamadou Niang se destine très tôt au football. Mais sa vie aurait pu être toute autre car après deux saisons peu fructueuses au centre de formation du Le Havre AC, il décide tout simplement de mettre un terme à sa carrière à seulement 18 ans. Un an plus tard, après une saison en DH à Saint-André-les-Vergers, Alain Perrin, alors entraîneur de ES Troyes AC, conseillé par Carlos Lopez, ancien entraîneur de Niang au Havre, le relance et lui demande d'intégrer son groupe. Après une saison passée en CFA, il rejoint l'équipe première durant l'exercice 2000/2001, mais peine à s'imposer. Niang ne fait que 10 apparitions en Ligue 1, toutes venues du banc, et n'inscrit que 2 buts. Devenu titulaire au cours de la saison suivante, il dispute 17 matchs mais ne marquera qu'à 3 reprises. Nasri joue dans son quartier (la Gavotte Peyret) de Marseille. Sollicité par son entourage pour aller jouer en club, ses parents décidèrent de lui faire signer sa première licence au sein du club des Pennes Mirabeau à l'âge de 9 ans. Il y joua 2 saisons puis est remarqué par les recruteurs de l'Olympique de Marseille qui à cette époque étaient M. Freddy Assolen et M. Roger Giovanni. Après consultation et accord des parents, Samir prit la direction du club phocéen. Son évolution l'amena à jouer respectivement, au fur et à mesure des années, en catégorie benjamin, moins de 13 ans Ligue, moins de 15 ans Ligue, moins de 16 ans Nationaux et moins de 18 ans Nationaux. Pendant ces années, le jeune Samir Nasri remporta différents titres et coupes tels que le Championnat de Provence, la coupe de Provence et les plus célèbres coupes chez les « minots » (GARRAU, PONS), sans oublier le championnat de France des moins de 14 ans au sein de la ligue Méditerranée. Suite au Championnat des ligues de France, Nasri fut sélectionné en équipe de France des moins de 16 ans, puis l'année suivante chez les moins de 17 ans avec qui il devient Champion d'Europe de la catégorie (premier titre de la France dans cette catégorie), en marquant le but victorieux. Il fut élu meilleur joueur du tournoi.

BAD'S DIOM de son vrai nom Alioune Diagne, est né en 1981 à Nouakchott ; Il a grandit à la socim son quartier de résidence où il connut son évolution dans le RAP en 1996 ; il a également débuté et connut ses prémices dans le mouvement HIP-HOP Mauritanien. Pouvant être cité parmi les plus talentueux et les plus célèbres de la Mauritanie, il s'exprime sur les instruments hip hop, dance hall. BAD'S DIOM intègre son premier groupe de RAP, une année plus tard ce groupe s'effondra face aux inévitables contraintes de son époque de monter sur scène, coup de mains ainsi de suite.... Afin de mieux se retrouver, il décida de faire une étude empirique sur sa carrière, toujours ayant l'envie de poursuivre sa passion, il fit dans un second groupe nommé FDB ce dernier s'écroule de nouveau ce qui amène BAD'S à chanter en solo en 2000. Son non d'artiste « Diom » signifie la « bravoure » en wolof d'où le nom BAD'S DIOM, il a eu préciser ces faits dans son premier morceau Aujourd'hui, il accède au trône sur l'ensemble du territoire. Il a eu à chanter en première partie devant de très grands artistes comme youssou N'dour, Viviane N'dour, Coumba gawlo seck, Daara.J, P froiss, Oumar pène etc.... Plusieurs effets ont été à l'origine de son engagement dans la musique, il reflète l'image des jeunes et milite pour les mêmes raisons telles que l'insertion des jeunes dans la fonction publique, l'émigration, pour la résorption du chômage etc. ... qui est l'un des principes fondamentaux de son action, exprimant tout de même sa passion. Il a toujours été à la hauteur de tout ce qui représente un défi à relever, un style et flow unique, chansons en plusieurs langues : (wolof, poulaar, hassaniya), afin que le message puisse être compris par toutes les races constituant son pays ; également en français pour accéder au statut international de musicien !

BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) - An East Baton Rouge grand jury indicted 15-year-old Michael Nicholas on four counts of attempted second-degree murder Thursday (Oct. 23rd). Nicholas allegedly shot three people, and tried to shoot another person but missed, two weeks ago at the Rite Aid on Plank Road. Prosecutors say he will be tried as an adult. Surveillance video shows, who prosecutors say is Michael Nicholas, enter the Rite Aid. Three customers are lined up to make purchases. The gunman backs up, drops his bag on the ground, and then begins blasting without warning. He then rushes behind the counter, fumbles around a bit, and orders the cashier to open the register. He fires another shot, missing the cashier. Then, you can see the gunman leaving the building only a couple of minutes later. Prosecutors say they plan to introduce the graphic video of the shooting to the jury, when it's eventually seated in this case. Two weeks later, the district attorney's office has charged Nicholas. Prosecutors make no bones about charging him as an adult. "You have three individuals with bullets in their body. You have a store now absent its cash. It was done brutally, it was done recklessly, and it was done intentionally," says lead prosecutor Aaron Brooks. The public defender's office has already been assigned to defend Nicholas. Prosecutors say the crime fits the definition of an adult criminal matter. "When his conduct was evaluated and the evidence was reviewed, a decision was made that this is the proper treatment for the individual," Brooks says. Defense attorney Margaret Lagatudda has been assigned to the case. She did not return calls Thursday evening asking for comments on the case. In order to get the teen charged as an adult, prosecutors had to argue for what's called a juvenile transfer. The defense had filed a motion with juvenile court to block the move to adult court. The district attorney's office chose to move quickly based on the evidence they had obtained from the Rite Aid, witnesses, and others. Only $153 was taken and fortunately, not one of the three victims shot died. Veteran defense attorney Margaret Lagatudda recently defended multiple murderer Anthony Bell. Nicholas will next be transferred to the parish prison and he will be formally charged in front of Judge Don Johnson in two weeks.

An eye witness told AllHipHop.com that the tension between the two crews mounted during Shawty Lo's performance, which included a diss version of Grand Hustle artist Yung LA's song "Ain't I." As Lo performed his version with a chorus "Don't I," an audience member identified by an eyewitness as Capitol recording artist Alfamega, allegedly threw a chair onto the stage. At that point, witnesses say another artist signed to the T.I.-helmed label stormed the stage, at which point authorities proceeded to break a fight. T.I. himself took the stage shortly after the fight to accept an award following, a reported private conversation with Shawty-Lo, in which the Grammy Award-winning rapper/actor allegedly insisted once again, that the two end their long-running beef. He proceeded to denounce the violence and negativity and assured the Dirty Awards audience that he did not condone the fighting. Shortly thereafter, however, a second fight broke out as T.I. performed his verse from "Ain't I," allegedly substituting some lyrics with verbal jabs at Shawty Lo, with whom he has had an unpleasant relationship throughout the year. Towards the end of the performance, another member of the Grand Hustle camp allegedly jumped off stage and assaulted a man witnesses said was Shawty Lo's brother. Police officers then halted the awards show, using pepper spray to end the fight. While the Dirty Awards audience was immediately evacuated, witnesses say other altercations may have occurred outside of the event.
