Defying the most paranoid imagination, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the publicly-funded Mental Health Research Institute, Ben Lochtenberg, also exported cyanide, explosives and electronic detonators around the world as the Chairman of Orica (previously ICI explosives) according to their 1998 Annual Report. He held both positions simultaneously for more than 10 years. 4. Mental Health Research Institute (1997) Part 2 continues with details of the MBC International Health Unit in Indonesia, Papua, New Guinea, Pacific Islands, East Africa, India, China (Tibet), Mongolia, South East Asia and among Indigenous (but not white Australia).
