Orica (2000) explosives, cyanide, detonators, ammonium nitrate (previously part of Imperial Chemical Industries, or ICI (chairman of the Board, Ben Lochtenberg, also chairman of MHRI - easily Victoria's biggest mental health research institution) 3. Macfarlane Burnet Centre (1997) featuring Professor John Mills, Mr Ray Williams (currently in jail, but not for genocide), and Sir Roderick Carnegie on the Board. HIH Winterthur Insurance, whose collapse left Williams in jail, was the biggest corporate sponsor of the Macfarlane Burnet Centre at the time of its relocation and massive expansion (1997-2001). Other major sponsors were Rio Tinto, Smith Kline Beecham (SKB, now GSK after merger with Glaxo-Wellcome) and BHP. Defying the most paranoid imagination, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the publicly-funded Mental Health Research Institute, Ben Lochtenberg, also exported cyanide, explosives and electronic detonators around the world as the Chairman of Orica (previously ICI explosives) according to their 1998 Annual Report. He held both positions simultaneously for more than 10 years. 4. Mental Health Research Institute (1997) Part 2 continues with details of the MBC International Health Unit in Indonesia, Papua, New Guinea, Pacific Islands, East Africa, India, China (Tibet), Mongolia, South East Asia and among Indigenous (but not white Australia).
